Fasciation or Leafy Gall on Dahlia
Fasciation is a bacterial disease caused by Rhodococcus fascians. A mass of dwarfed twisted leaves or a cauliflower-like growth appears at soil level on the stem/tuber. All plants infected with fasciation should be destroyed.
